A General Medical Consultation is a primary care service that addresses a wide range of health concerns. Whether you’re dealing with an acute illness, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking preventive care, our experienced General Practitioners (GPs) are here to assist you.
Our GPs are highly skilled doctors who support patients throughout their lives. They help you to manage your health and prevent illness and are trained in all aspects of general medicine. This includes child health, mental health, adult medicine, the diagnosis and management of acute medical and surgical problems and the management of longterm health conditions such as diabetes and asthma, ophthalmology (eyes), ENT (ear, nose and throat) and dermatology (skin).
Medical Prescription
At dr.clinic, our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing comprehensive and personalised care for our patients. After your initial general medical consultation with one of our experienced GPs, there might be instances where prescription medications are deemed necessary for your well-being.
Please Note:
- A prescription can only be obtained after an initial consultation with one of our GPs.
- The prescription is included in your consultation fee.
- We do not dispense any opioids or benzodiazepines,ADHD medications, Controlled Drugs ,sleeping tablets .For further information please contact the clinic team.
Sick Notes
To obtain Medical illness Certificate, you need to undergo a general consultation. During this session, the doctor will evaluate your overall health to determine your fitness for work.
What is Follow-up Medical Consultation?
Repeat consultations are appointments booked within 3 days of a prior visit to the doctor. They exclusively address and follow up on health concerns previously discussed during your last visit. Repeat consultations are free of cost within 3 days.
How does it Work?
If you’ve recently visited us for a specific medical concern and find yourself needing further assistance or follow-up within a week for the same issue, our Repeat Medical Consultation service is here to streamline the process for you. Simply contact our reception or book your appointment online, indicating that it’s a repeat consultation for the previous issue only.
